Hi! At the a Neal Callow State Farm Agency, I am proud to serve individuals, families, and business owners from my office in Downers Grove, conveniently located near the Fairview Avenue train station. My team and I offer auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, health insurance, and no-obligation quotes to help our customers make informed decisions about protecting what matters most.

My journey to becoming a State Farm agent started with my grandfather, who was a State Farm agent in Philadelphia. Growing up, I saw how he helped families protect what mattered most, and that left a lasting impression on me. Interestingly, I originally thought I would be in social services because I wanted to help young people and make a positive difference in their lives. However, after getting my first job with State Farm, I realized that insurance offered another meaningful way to serve others. Helping people prepare for the unexpected and recover when life takes an unexpected turn became a passion of mine.

Outside of the office, I enjoy giving back to the Downers Grove community through volunteer work and by supporting local small businesses. I spent many years coaching which taught me the value of building strong relationships and always being there for others. Those lessons continue to guide how I serve my customers every day because: we don't just offer insurance; we commit to our customers that we are going to be there when the unexpected happens.
